ENTITLEMENTS:
- Full delegate registration: admission to the full conference programme including all sessions, welcome reception, coffee breaks & lunches, access to exhibition area.
- Student registration: admission to the full conference programme including all sessions, student events, welcome reception & student night, coffee breaks & lunches, access to exhibition area.
- Full delegate registration incl. networking: admission to the full conference programme including all sessions, welcome reception and conference dinner, coffee breaks & lunches, access to the exhibition area.
- Student registration incl. networking: admission to the full conference programme including all sessions, student events, welcome reception, student night and conference dinner, coffee breaks & lunches, access to the exhibition area.
- Students are requested to upload proof of their student status via the registration website.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
From 15 June 2022 payments by credit card only (Visa or MasterCard) is accepted for the registration.
Written cancellation must be forwarded to the ESB 2022 Congress Secretariat (info@esbiomech2022.org).
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Cancellations received until 15 May 2022 will be refunded deducting administration costs of €40.
From 16 May 2022, registration fees are non-refundable.
If the conference will go online, the registration fees will be adjusted before opening the registration process.
